Board & Training Options

Providing Everything You Need

We recognize that some families may be struggling to break the behavior chain initially, with our Training Camp your dog comes and lives with us for a two or three-week immersion period.

We discuss your dog's individual needs in and out of the home and then we tailor a training approach designed to modify those unwanted behaviors and instead show your dog how to happily engage with their handler and reinforce positive behaviors. Your dog begins to learn how to behave polite, calm, and collected while working through any insecurities or fears through confidence building. We address any house manners problems they have, in a structured environment while getting daily socialization out in public, proofing all of their obedience.

We update you with your dog’s progress at the beginning and end of each week, so you know exactly how they are progressing and what their strengths and weaknesses are. When it comes to counter surfing, garbage digging, barking at the doorbell, jumping up on guests, chewing on the couch, these negative behaviors are best addressed where they happen- in a home environment. They’ll have their own private kennel for quiet time and structured training. After we lay your dog's obedience foundation and get your dog accustomed to a structured lifestyle, we bring your dog back home with a one-on-one hour lesson to show you how to maintain your dog's training through this critical transition period. Ensuring the long-term success for you and your dog is paramount. While we can take a lot of the work off of your plate, the bond you have with your dog is still very important. This program includes two Transition Lessons so that you can visit and learn with your dog while they are in training.

Board & Train requirements include current Rabies Vaccination Certificate, DHPP, Bordetella. A high-quality food must be supplied for the duration of boarding.

Only a few of these are offered each month to give client's dogs the most hands-on time and personalized experience to help them through the program. A registration form and training agreement must be filled out prior to a dog being accepted for a board and train program.
